How To Hygge With Your Baby

I’m a 9.

My enneagram, that is (IYKYK). And one of the trademarks of an Enneagram 9 is they love to be cozy.

That’s totally true for me. I love candles, fuzzy slippers, soft throws on the couch, fires, hot tea and lingering conversations about everything and nothing all at the same time.

In this week’s episode, I interview Denmark fitness guru Maria Dior about a Danish parenting way of life called hygge, which literally means ‘to cozy around together.’ The Danish people have repeatedly been named the happiest people in the world, and I’m starting to think it’s because they’re so darn cozy.

Tune in as Maria and I discuss how to create an environment and lifestyle for your baby and family in the spirit of hygge:

My favorite part is when Maria talks about the importance of food in relation to hygge, and how she is adapting those traditions to suit her lifestyle and family.
